| Ned Levering Jacoby was born in Norwalk, Ohio in 1918. Jacoby grew up in Cleveland Heights, Ohio. He was a resident of Los Angeles by 1953. He studied at Chouinard Art Institute. He currently lives in Newport Beach, CA.
