| Born in Denver, CO on Dec. 11, 1880. Violet was the wife of artist Oscar Jackman. She moved with her family to southern California in 1914. During the 1920s she lived in Laguna Beach and was active in the local art scene. She died in Glendale, CA on April 3, 1955.
