|  In the mid-1990s, she began painting landscapes when she moved from New York City to East Hampton, Long Island where she became sensitive to the "incredible and elusive qualities of natural light." She is a plein aire painter, who goes to the very edge of the ocean to get her seascapes. Her representation in New York City has been the D.C. Moore Gallery. |
