| Daisy A. Newell Kearns was born in California on May 6, 1873. The Newell family moved to Moscow, Minnesota when Daisy was an infant. By 1910 she was the wife of William F. Kearns and living on a farm in Moscow. By the 1930s she had settled in Laguna Beach. She died there on April 29, 1953.
