Mr. Karpan lived near me in Albia, Iowa back in the '60s - 80s. He had lived in Albia several years prior to my awareness of him. It was common knowledge in the community that he had worked with Walt Disney as an animator. My doctor had several sketches and drawings of Disney characters done by Dan hanging in the office and exam rooms.
Dan once did a mural of Disney characters in the children' (showing 500 of 908 characters). |
