Biography from AskART:
| As president of the Nova Scotia College of Art and Design from 1967 to 1990, Garry Kennedy was one of the first arts administrators in Canada to put into the curriculum the theories of Minimal and Conceptual art.
In 2000, the National Gallery of Canada held a major retrospective of his work. |
