The following is from the artist:
Ivan was born and raised on a farm in Northern Ireland. He did not start painting until after he had immigrated to Canada while he was in his early 20's. One of Ivan's hobbies in Ireland was flying small planes. After immigrating to Canada, Ivan worked part time for an airline service and painted part time. He is a quiet studious self- taught artist who studies the masters art work, visits art museums, reads numerous art books goes out and paints and pa (showing 500 of 1671 characters). |
