Jacob Kever was a Dutch school painter of genre, portraits, interiors, gardens, still lifes, flowers, goats , children and infants. He was a student of P.R. Greive at the l’ Acdemie des Beaux - Arts in Amsterdam,
He presented in the expo in Brussels in 1910 and received medals in Munich in 1901 & 1905 and 06 and also in Paris in 1898 & 1900 at the Universelle Exposition in Paris.
