| Born in Elgin, IL on May 26, 1879. Kleiser studied in Europe. He was a resident of Palos Verdes, CA in 1936-41. He lectured on the history and art in tapestry designing and weaving. By 1947 he had returned to NYC where he remained until his death in May 1963. Exh: AIC, 1921 (medal); Palos Verdes Library, 1937; University Club (LA), 1941.
