| The following information is from Bill Feeny, who wrote: "I recently bought a painting signed by L. Kohn (I believe this to be Ludwig Kohn). There was a printed paper on the back that gave this biography on the Artist."
L. Kohn was born in 1938 in the Ukraine and studied at the Academy in Warsaw, Poland. He spent most of his adult life in the Soviet Union. In 1960, he found relatives in New York who helped him further his art career. He spent much of his time after that visiting cities in the United States where he furthered his reputation by participating in collective exhibitions. |
