The following biographical information is form Janet Waronker, niece of Nathan Koffman.
The following is quoted from the forward for an exhibit of 16 paintings
by the artist at McBeth Gallery (11 east 57th Street, New York City) in
1951.
FORWARD
"Nat Koffman was born in Philadelphia in 1910 and died in NYC on
February 18, 1950, but lived in Philadelphia most of his life. He
attended public school and then the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine
