These Notes from AskART represent the beginning of a possible future biography for this artist. Please click here if you wish to help in its development:
| A self-taught artist who grew up in the Idaho panhandle near the Priest River of Idaho, Sally Kimp developed a keen interest in the surrounding Indian cultures which is reflected in her sculpture.
She settled in Prescott, Arizona because she loves the southwestern landscape and wanted to be close to the art centers of Scottsdale and Sedona. |
