Sigmund Kozlow studied painting at the National Academy of Design in New York and was awarded a Pulitzer Traveling Scholarship in 1936, which enabled him to study at the Fountainbleau School of Art and École des Beaux Art in France.
Koslow was an award-winning artist whose scenes of Bucks County and of Roc (showing 500 of 1106 characters). |
