The following personal recollection comes from Bill Connolly: I first came accross Tom Kerry's work in the mid to late 1960's. His paintings were frequently offered at a small storefront auction house, in Baldwin, Long Island, New York. The auctions we usually held on Friday evenings, and were very well attended. It was better that going to the movies, as far as entertainment was concerned. They auctioned off an eclectic array of items, from household utensils, to antique fu (showing 500 of 1260 characters). |
