Walter H. Kiser was born in New Albany, Indiana. After graduating from New Albany High School, he was awarded a Scholarship at the John Herron Art Institute, Indianapolis, Indiana. Later he studied under Paul Plaschke at the Louisville Art Academy, Louisville, Kentucky.
In 1935 Mr.Kiser won a part-time Fine Arts Scholarship at Syracuse University, Syracuse, N.Y., and in 1936 won a full-time Fine Arts Scholarship with the same university. From time to time he has won oth (showing 500 of 1463 characters). |
