| Born in Alameda, CA on April 27, 1908. Andrus studied at the CCAC, Mills College under Archipenko, and at UC Berkeley with Hans Hofmann. After beginning her art career as a sculptor, she then switched to printmaking, murals, and easel painting. During her career she lived in San Francisco, Mexico, and Virginia City, NV. During her last 12 years she worked with the Fort Mason Printmakers and produced a large amount of excellent works, mostly monotypes. The wife of Eric Kraemer, she died in h (showing 500 of 918 characters). |
