Carl Lotick, a Harrison County, Indiana native, received his early training at the Chicago Art Institute.

This Wonderland Way artist worked with Joseph Krementz and James L. Russell in New Albany and showed his work in Indianapolis, Chicago, St. Louis and Cincinnati.
