Founder of the San Francisco alternative gallery Refusalon, Charles Linder concocts sculptures and assemblage from found objects that look like they have been a long time on the farm. Typical materials are deer antlers, mud-splattered T-shirts, and old road signs. In April/May 1998, he had an exhibition at Brian Gross Fine Art in San Francisco.
