Miss Charlotte Leaming, formerly professor of art at Colorado College, celebrated her 100th birthday Saturday......She came to Colorado College in 1917 and retired in 1940. From 1930 to 1940 her title at the college was Professor of Art Appreciation and Art History.... Before joining the faculty she had taught art at the Chicago Art Institute, in the Oak Park Schools, at the Chicago Academy of Fine Arts and at the Pueb (showing 500 of 897 characters). |
