Edward L Loper Sr. is a self-taught artist with over seventy-years of experience. He is a master at his craft.
Mr. Loper was born in 1916. He has not only seen two world wars but has lived through segregation and discrimination, all the things that many contemporary artists depict. He has met, taught and inspired many of these artists.
