Felix Lugo is an artist from Puerto Rico, who is best known for his
landscape Impressionist paintings. He is also an advertising
production manager. He studied at New York technical College and
majored in Advertising Production Management. For 13 years he helped
produce posters and detail and color-centered projects including for New York Metropolitan Museum, New York Botanical Garden and MTA.
