Biography from AskART:
Born in Dewey, OK on Jan. 31, 1916. Labadie came to California as a child. He first studied art at Sacramento Jr College and continued on scholarship at Chouinard Art Institute in Los Angeles. He then continued there as an art director of an advertising agency. He died in Los Angeles on Feb. 6, 2002. Exh: Kingsley Art Club (Sacramento), 1937; American WC Society.
