Grant Leier (1956-)
Contemporary artist Grant Leier, was born in Lloydminster, Saskatchewan in 1956. He studied at the Alberta College of Art in Calgary (1974-78) before furthering his studies at the Illustrator’s Workshop in New York (1978). In New York, Grant Leier became fascinated with pattern and decoration, which is so prominent in his work. Leier has had numerous solo exhibitions in Canada and California and has been featured in important group exhibition (showing 500 of 2681 characters). |
