Harry Victor Law was a watercolor painter in California where he lived in Salinas (1905), Oakland (1908), San Francisco (1922-1923), and Los Angeles (1923-1940).

Exhibition venues included the Art Institute of Chicago, California Watercolor Society, Berkeley League of Fine Arts, Bradford Gallery of Los Angeles and Delphic Studios.
