Josef Levi was born on February 17, 1938 in New York City. At the University of Connecticut he graduated in 1959 with a BA and studied with Walter Miegs there. He was at Columbia University in 1960. From 1960-1967 he served in the United States Army.
He has traveled to Spain, France, Belgium, Holland, England, Mexico and the Middle East. He received the Purchase Award from the University of Illinois (Urbana) in 1966. In New (showing 500 of 1519 characters). |
