The following information submitted October 2006 and a response to the
biography by Edan Hughes, is from Richard Links, nephew of the artist,
from Berkeley, California.
As far as I am aware, Julian A. Links never studied art in New York
City. After World War II, Julian basically was employed by my
Father working with leather goods in our family business, Links
Luggage, in Oakland, CA. Julian continued to paint during this
and subsequent time, but commercial art was N (showing 500 of 1887 characters). |
