| Comic book/comic strip illustrator and writer Larry Lieber was born October 26, 1931, in New York City, growing up in the Bronx and Washington Heights. He is the younger brother of Stan Lee (Lieber), the publisher and creator of many Marvel Comics superheroes. Larry Lieber studied at the Pratt Art Institute, Brooklyn, New York, and the Art Students League, New York City. Beginning in 1951, he spent four years in the Air Force during the Korean War era, two years in Okinawa, before pursuing his c (showing 500 of 3000 characters). |
