| Illustrator. Born in Powers, Ml on Oct. 5, 1913. LeBlanc studied in Los Angeles at the Chouinard Art School and PAFA before joining the staff at Disney Studios. He later held administrative positions at 20th Century Fox and MGM until his retirement in 1962. He then moved to Iron River, Ml where he remained. In 1972 he began designing stamps for wildlife and fishing licenses and won the federal duck stamp competition in 1973.
LeBlanc died in Iron River on July 21, 1988.
