| Louis Lispi was born in Kansas on June 21, 1906. Lispi, the son of a coal miner, grew up in Baker, KS. By 1920 he was a soda jerk in Kansas City, MO. In 1938 he had a studio in NYC. He worked for the Disney Studios from the 1940s into the 1970s. He died in Wading River, NY on Feb. 12, 1997.
