| Born in Schwyz, Switzerland in 1881. Langenegger was a pupil of Albert Bartholome in Paris. While there, she exhibited at the Universal Expo in 1900 and was made a member of the Société Nationale des Beaux Arts in 1908. For several years she taught in France at College of Fenelon before moving to California with her sister Josephine. She taught at the California College of Arts and Crafts in 1915-16 and was a resident of San Francisco in 1920-23.
