Born in Ashbourne, Derbyshire, England, 1928, Roy Leadbeater carries on
the tradition of his ancestors. His grandmother was Maud Louisa
Wedgwood of Northwood, Hanley, Stoke-On-Trent. Her father, Josiah
Wedgwood, gave her hand in marriage to George Leadbeater, July 2nd,
1891. Her father was a direct descendant of the famous potter,
Josiah Wedgwood.
After serving in the British Merchant Navy, Roy Leadbeater studied
drawing at Birmingham School of Art. and emigrat (showing 500 of 7961 characters). |
