2002 Winner of the National Gallery Award of Excellence by the Oil
Painters of America, Ruo Li was born in China and emigrated to the
United States in 1989, settling in California. He received his
art training at the Arts and Crafts School in Hunan Province, and his
Bachelor's Degree in 1981 from the Guangzhou Academy of Fine Art.
There for eight years, he served as Director of Teaching and Research
in the Oil Painting Department.
In America, he settled in California (showing 500 of 3612 characters). |
