|  Born in New York in 1853. While a resident of Oakland, California in 1888-1906, Mrs. Lathrop worked as a colorist for photographer F.A. Webster. In her leisure she painted still lives, and landscapes of Yosemite and Northern California. Her works are signed simply "Lathrop". During 1896 she worked in Los Angeles. By 1910 she was in Bay, MI.
