| The late Sylvia Lark, a painter and printmaker, went to graduate school at the University of Wisconsin at Madison, earning an M.F.A. degree in 1972. She was most strongly affiliated with the state of California where she lived, maintained a studio and was a tenured professor at Sacramento State University and University of California, Berkeley from 1977 - 1990. In 1976 and 1977, she received an Honors Award for "Outstanding Contributions in Teaching and Research" from the Associated Students of (showing 500 of 7151 characters). |
