Born in Seoul, South Korea in 1974, Zin Lim received a B.F.A. in
Environmental Design from Hong Ik University, Seoul in 2000.
Right after graduation Zin Lim moved to San Francisco, California.
He received his second B.F.A. in 2003 and M.F.A. in 2006 of Fine Art: Painting from Academy of Art University, San Francisco.
A figurative oil painter, Lim dedicated the first half of his M.F.A. to
developing a solid technique in realism. Simultaneously, Lim also
