Memmott studied Fine Art at the University of Utah, where he trained under some widely acclaimed Utah artists including David Dornan and Paul Davis. After receiving his BFA from Utah he went on to get his MFA from the Academy of Art University in San Francisco.
After teaching at the Academy of Art University for several years Memmott took a new teaching position at the Savannah College of Art and Design in Savannah, Georgia where his local surroundings continue to be a source (showing 500 of 2631 characters). |
