| Blanche Margaret Mancarti was born near Santa Cruz, CA on Feb. 4, 1914. After studying at the CSFA, "Bianca" Mancarti wed Carl Verner in 1934. While living in southern California, she continued painting until 1940 and then stopped to raise a family. Today she lives in Woodland Hills, CA.
