Cora Dell Teter Meadows was born in Hillsboro, IA on July 22, 1868. Cora married James C. Meadows. She studied with Joseph Pennell, at the ASL in NYC, and Académie Julian in Paris. She was active in Los Angeles from 1905 until her death on March 23, 1946. Her work includes desert landscapes.
