Known for "funky pictures", "weird imagery", and works on paper with
comic imagery", David Moreno works on large sheets of paper and creates
gridded designs with small colored rings.
"These fields may be interrupted by animated eyeballs rocketing this
way and that, but abstraction prevails. By systematically altering
colors and the sizes of the circles, the artist produces syncopated
rhythms and subtle fluctuations in space. One called ''Noise''
