With titles such as After the Plowing, Early Autumn Garden and Apple Tree, David Moskovitz has recorded on canvas beauty he perceives in his native state of Ohio. Noting the vibrancy of his work, an art critic for the Cleveland Plain Dealer newspaper wrote: "Moskovitz's paintings are exuberantly affirmative. . .unlike the florals with their impassioned brilliance, his landscapes project a sense of calm affection."
