From her studio in San Jose, California Deborah Matlack captures the nostalgia of the past in her portraits, interiors and streetscenes which are often inspired by old family photographs.
Deborah Matlack attended the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts, the University of Pennsylvania and Portland State University. She also spent time studying in Europe. Matlack has had two solo shows and has participated in many group shows. She has won Best of Show Awards six times.
