A lithographer, painter and block printer, Donna Miller, married to Ernest W. Miller, was a resident of Milwaukee, Wisconsin.  She studied with Robert von Neumann, Gerritt Sinclair and Emily Groom and was a member of the Milwaukee Printmakers, Wisconsin Painters and Sculptors and National Association of Women Artists.

Exhibition venues included the Detroit Institute Art, 1936-37;  Milwaukee Art Institute, 1936-37, 1939-40, 1943, 1944-46, 1949-1955; Wisconsin Printmakers Exhibition, 1937; New York Watercolor Club, 1937, 1939; Society of Independent Artists, 1939; Wisconsin State Fair, 1941-44; Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts, 1936; Madison, Wisconsin, 1936, 1942, 1943, 1945, 1949, 1952; Philadelphia Art Alliance, 1937; Grand Rapids Art Gallery, 1940; National Academy of Design, 1943; Renaissance Society, University of Chicago, 1943; Albany Institute History & Art, 1943; Library of Congress, 1945; Argent Galleries, New York City, 1945 (joint exhibition with La Vera Pohl); Seattle Art Museum, 1947; Denver Art Museum, 1947-49; Seattle Art Museum, 1947
