| Born in Iowa on May 18, 1889, Miller was a resident of Oklahoma City before settling in Los Angeles in 1924. Working in oil and watercolor, she produced plein air landscapes. She was often the painting partner of Clifford Baldwin and Florence Young.
Deaf and never married, she died in Los Angeles on Feb. 6, 1964.
