Eugene A. Montgomery   (1905-2001)

Primarily a portrait artist, he specialized in children’s portraits.

A Chicago artist, Montgomery was originally from Port Arthur, Texas, and did the greater part of his studying at the Art Institute of Chicago.  He was a member of the All-Illinois Society of the Fine Arts.
