A marine and landscape painter, Frank Myers was born in Cleves, Ohio, and died in Pacific Grove, California. He studied at the Cincinnati Academy with Frank Duveneck and at the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts with Daniel Garber and Joseph Pearson.
