|  Frank Milby has lived in Provincetown, Massachusetts for the past 40 years. Originally from New York City he started out as a "street artist" and has had a passion for painting since he was a child. The talent that Frank Milby has can be seen in how diverse and original his art work is. He paints with passion; trees, flowers, houses, fishing boats, skyline, horses and people. He is known for painting in many different styles and mediums whether it be watercolor, oil or pastel.
