The following is from Rebecca Pulygirl who sent this note:
"This write up regarding Mr. Morgan was including along with a series of 12 lithographs that Mr. Morgan did in 1949 of Annapolis, Maryland that I have in my collection."
In an article written about Morgan in the "St Petersburg Times", published on June 12, 2001, it tells that he died in 1965 and gave some history of him as well:
