Born in East Orange, New Jersey, Gerald McConnell is both an illustrator and assemblage artist who has won numerous commissions and awards. His work covers a wide range of styles and applications.
He was a student at the Art Students League of Frank Reilly and also apprenticed under noted illustrator Dean Cornwell.
