This biography from the Archives of AskART:
| Gerald Morgan draws dancers in motion capturing the elegance of the figures. He photographs dancers in his studio in Tennessee and then works from the photographs, his memory and his imagination to create his charcoal images.
Morgan also paints oil landscapes which he has exhibited along with his drawings at the Center for the Arts in Murfreesboro, Tennessee.
