Harold Mesibov, (1928- )
Mesibov was born in Philadelphia, Pa. He was the son of an artist and younger brother of the artist Hugh Mesibov. Both of the Mesibov brothers studied at the Graphic Sketch Club in Philadelphia. They both also were personally connected with Albert Barnes and both studied painting at the Barnes Foundation.
Harold Mesibov left Philadelphia to fight in the Korean War. When he returned, he continued his art studies at the Tyler School of (showing 500 of 1672 characters). |
